Best sushi I've ever had, no complaints at all. I've tried all the local places and even some further out. They have the best Dragon roll

I have been going here since they opened. I am a sushi snob. This is the BEST sushi in the New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fairhaven area by far. You won't find higher quality sushi prepared from the heart unless you go out to Providence. Even then this place is still top notch. The owner makes everything from the heart. Don't let the small shop appearance fool you.

I'm sure it's good, but closes at 8pm so the yelp hours were wrong! Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Definitely a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I love their udon noodles and gyoza. The sushi is also amazing! It's a little hole in the wall you wouldn't think twice about if you pass it but it is completely worth it! I love their vegetable fried rice as well. Never a disappointment here!

update 2: I verified tonight in person that they are still open and the number hasn't changed. I mentioned that I was there to check if they're still open, and another customer asked if I had reached the fax machine when I called, too, so apparently it's just a question of calling again until you reach a person. updated review: The previous three times I've called, they haven't answered, and this time it was a fax machine or modem that answered. The web site has also stopped working, so original review: When I first saw the inside of the restaurant, I was slightly hesitant. It's a bit unassuming and a little dreary, although there wasn't a single whiff of fishy odor in the place. The maki and nigiri we got for takeout, however, were delicious. Everything tasted and smelled fresh. The steamed shumai were the only misfire, being a little mushier than I would have liked. Next time I'd go with fried.

I absolutely enjoy their sushi and food and highly recommend their food. However, they really need to improve on answering their calls especially for a small takeout place. It's been too consistent that I give up after 2-4 calls throughout the afternoon and then settle for a different sushi place.

Very good, fresh sushi. Very unassuming place. In fact when I got there to pick up some takeout, I was concerned that this was not a high-turnover place (important for sushi). Well, do not be concerned. The sushi was delicious, a good serving, and fresh. Very good, highly recommended.

We had a delish take out order on a Friday night. Love the rolls, love the flavors. Fast service and super friendly staff. The only downside was the salmon. It was a bit odd in texture. Otherwise, sushi bliss.

Not 5 stars as in fine dining, but a solid 5 stars for being exactly what it is intended to be: a small local takeout sushi & Japanese spot with good food and reasonable prices. While they do have a few tables, please be aware that this is not really a sit down kind of place. It is, however, an ideal place to call in an order at the end of the work day and swing by on the way home.

Best sushi in the area! And love the fast quick delivery! Cute and small eat in area. Sushi is always fresh. Their fried rice is delicious and the staff are always helpful and courteous. Highly recommend. Updated: I went again and same consistent delicious food. I got the Hazuki roll which is a tempura fried roll, I also got the cucumber and avocado roll and vegetable Yaki Soba which are the thin egg noodles, pan fried. Seriously delicious.
